Miranda Lambert lost 20 pounds while married to Blake Shelton, who praised her for the weight loss. She later found happiness with a policeman who made her love herself. Her husband cooks, cares, and calls her the most beautiful woman.
In 2013, Miranda Lambert spent four months working hard to lose some weight ahead of her 30th birthday. By November 10, 2013, her birthday, the country music singer had changed her diet, worked with a trainer, and dropped a dress size!
Some other methods she used to get to her ideal weight were to watch her meal portions and drink pressed juice in the morning that was store-bought. To stay focused on exercising, Lambert brought her trainer along on tour.
However, they didn’t do anything drastic, keeping it simple with circuit training and cardio. The star also revealed how they made lunges, used things like resistance bands, and all the other things other people didn’t like doing, but they worked.
At the time, the singer was still married to her fellow country musician husband, Blake Shelton, then 37. He was supportive of her choice to lose weight but was happy with her as she was, with Lambert recalling:

Ironically, the country star didn’t seem happy during those years, with her biggest tracks being about revenge and heartbreak. Sadly, in 2015, Lambert and Shelton had a painful divorce.
The same year they divorced, Shelton met his future wife, Gwen Stefani, while working on “The Voice.” Stefani had also just divorced Gavin Rossdale, and after being with the country singer for five years, he proposed in October 2020.
While Shelton was able to move on and find happiness, although it took a little more time for Lambert, she also eventually found her happy ending. The songstress met and fell in love with a civil servant.
Finding True Love with Policeman after Hard Shelton Divorce
By October 2019, Lambert was in love and very happy and ready to release “Wildcard,” her seventh studio album, on November 1, 2019. During an interview, she confirmed that she’d secretly married former New York Department Police (NYPD) officer Brendan McLoughlin, then 28.
