The
Ruby Red Performers, a group of 12 women aged 25 to 64 from the quiet village
of Withernsea, stood out among the acts on Britain’s Got Talent. Their audition
began awkwardly, with the women dressed in washerwomen costumes performing a
lackluster opening dance. Simon Cowell was quick to consider dismissing them.
However, the ladies soon stripped down to silk nightgowns and launched into a
sultry dance routine.

As
the women danced to BodyRockers’ “I Like the Way You Move,” they shed
more and more layers, revealing a bold, untamed energy. The audience was
initially quiet during the slower introduction, but erupted in cheers as the
performance gained momentum. The Ruby Red Performers’ dance grew progressively
daring, culminating in a bold finale where they were left in their
undergarments, adorned with British flag tassels.
